Emails about general information that can easily be found on this site will be answered, but on a low-priority basis. We have created a thoroughly informative website for you to have all the answers at your finger tips with just a few clicks so you can be on your way and not waiting on us to answer. We are very small, y'all! Just in case, here's a few more details: We do not do traditional cakes - only cookie cakes and colossal cupcakes. We can absolutely handle large custom orders with proper lead time. If your date shows as available - BOOK IT! If it does not show as available, we are booked or away during that time. You may choose to schedule an earlier appointment and freeze the products, if you wish. We can guide you through the freezing process with guidelines on how long they will remain their best. Last-minute appointment requests are accepted on an extreme case-by-case basis and are always subject to the existing schedule. Last minute appointments that are requested/accepted within 5 days of pickup do include a RUSH FEE, no exceptions. If you are going to miss your scheduled pickup time, please notify us immediately via text or email and we will inform you of the next available pickup time. Missed appointments are re-scheduled at the discrepancy of Cookie Momsta DFW and subject to our appointment and business hours. Please know that we will work with you as much as we are able, but that another available pickup time may not be until much later, or even the next day. It is your responsibility to check your emails (including SPAM) for reminders and important information regarding your order. Reminders are sent the week of your appointment via email. Invoices for balances due are sent the week of your appointment and must be paid before pickup, no exceptions. Reminders are generally sent on Mondays or Tuesdays, but may be sent as late as Thursday evening when we are super busy. Please understand we are a home-based business and not a brick and mortar storefront. You can access our pricing, full menu, pickup and delivery locations through this website. We are a custom cottage bakery. Custom cookie orders generally require a minimum 2 week notice. Once you have booked your appointment and paid your deposit, you are on the schedule. We will communicate via email for most questions. We will generally accept DATE changes if notified 10+ days in advance of your pickup. We *may* accommodate TIME changes if requested 48+ hours ahead of pickup time. Changes are not considered accepted until a response is received from us. No changes will be accepted within 24 hours of pickup time. Weekly orders are expertly crafted and precisely scheduled to accommodate product completion, dry time, and packaging time. Our Signature Custom Cookies are fully customized, so if you've seen a cookie design or party theme online, chances are we have done a version of it. If we haven't, we can. It's always our suggestion to book an appointment as soon as you know your party date. If you have an extraordinary event or idea that does not fit comfortably in our traditional offerings, please message us your details and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our cottage bakery is located out of our residence in Aurora, Tx 76078. There is a pink porch pickup locker for contactless pickup. Please check your email after order for a receipt which will include the pickup address.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer doorstep delivery within 20 miles of Aurora, Tx 76078 on Fridays and Saturdays. MAP
We offer doorstep delivery within 15 miles of Las Colinas on Thursdays. MAP
We also offer several low-cost pickup locations.
Please schedule as "delivery" and use one of these addresses for your delivery location.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The sooner you can book, the better. Some dates get snatched up months in advance.
As an additional option, you can RESERVE YOUR DATE for $20 and come back to place your order at least 14 days before your event. After you reserve a date, you will be sent a code to apply the $20 to your order.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. There is a minimum 50% deposit required at checkout. Use code DEPOSIT.
You will receive an invoice via email for the balance the week of your event.
All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

Please note that our facility is NOT a gluten free facility or an allergen free facility. Everything is processed in our home kitchen that does contain wheat, soy, dairy and eggs. While we keep separate baking tools for our allergen-friendly bakery goods and take every possible measure to ensure our allergen-friendly products are not cross-contaminated, please enjoy our products at your own discretion based on the information we have provided and your own individual needs and circumstances.
